1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JetFYP ("the Service", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JetFYP regarding your use of the Service.

2 Description of Service

JetFYP is a social media growth planning tool that helps content creators develop strategies to grow their TikTok and Instagram accounts. The Service provides:

  • AI-powered content plan generation (weekly schedule)
  • Category analysis and recommendations
  • Follower growth target planning
  • Strategy tips tailored to your niche
  • Content export functionality (CSV)

The Service uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to generate recommendations. AI-generated content is for guidance purposes only and does not guarantee specific growth outcomes.

3 User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may connect your TikTok account via TikTok's official OAuth authorization. By doing so, you authorize JetFYP to access your basic profile information as permitted by TikTok's API.

⚠️ JetFYP will only access the information you explicitly authorize. We will never post on your behalf, follow/unfollow accounts, or perform any action without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4 TikTok & Instagram Integration

JetFYP integrates with TikTok via the TikTok Login Kit and Display API. By connecting your TikTok account, you acknowledge that:

  • JetFYP accesses only your basic public profile data (username, display name, follower count, video count)
  • You can revoke access at any time via your TikTok account settings
  • Your use of TikTok through this integration is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service
  • JetFYP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance

For Instagram integration, your use is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service. JetFYP is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Use AI-generated content plans to spam or harass others
  • Circumvent any security measures of the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

6 Intellectual Property

The JetFYP interface, branding, and underlying code are owned by JetFYP and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-generated content plans and recommendations produced by the Service are provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of any original content you create based on these recommendations.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JetFYP does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated recommendations will result in specific follower growth
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any content plan will comply with TikTok or Instagram's community guidelines
📌 Social media growth depends on many factors beyond content planning, including platform algorithms, audience engagement, and content quality. JetFYP provides guidance tools, not growth guarantees.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetFYP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you connected a TikTok account, you can revoke access via TikTok's app settings under Settings → Security → Authorized Apps.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
